Christmas Concert
Last Thursday our family had the opportunity to go to the Mormon Tabernacle Choir Concert. For the most part, I enjoyed it a lot. It was very entertaining. There were dancers, a children's choir that came, of course the orchestra and the choir, and then the featured guests were Natalie Cole and David McCullough. I had very high expectations for Natalie Cole. But when she started singing it did not sound good. The rest of the songs were not that good either. People that went on the other nights said she was amazing though so maybe she was just having a bad night.
David McCullough on the other hand was pretty good. He narrated some Christmas stories. I thought it was a great performance though.
The downside after the concert however was we were stuck in traffic in the parking lot. It took us over a half an hour just to get out of the lot. Despite that, everything went well and everyone all got home safely.
