Prom was so much fun
Saturday was Prom. It was so much fun. I went with this guy named Craig Davis. So, for our day date we first had breakfast at this kids house and then after that we went and played some games. We played this one game called "Goolball" or something like that but anyways the object of the game is to try and block the ball, but rather than blocking it with your hands you block it with your body instead. Another, thing is we played it in the dark. It was pitch black so we couldn't see anything but that made the game more fun. Then, we played this game called Bodies. Its like murder in the dark. One other game we played, (it happens to be one of my favorites) was apples to apples. I really liked the day date.
Then we went home, and and few hours later I started getting ready for prom. It was really fun getting ready. Doing hair, makeup, putting on the dress and the shoes, etc. But anyways, I really liked my dress. The best thing about it was I didn't even have to pay for it. So, my top was this really pretty white shirt, that my sister Anne let me borrow, and then the bottom was this blue navy skirt which my sister-in-law Kiersten let me wear. The shoes, (of course I had to get heels) so I got these silver-whitish heels and Forever Young. I loved them, the only thing was my feet started to hurt at prom.
Around 5:45 or so he came and picked me up and of course my parents had to take pictures first before sending us off. Then, we picked up another couple and we headed to dinner. Before dinner, we got pictures from this professional photographer. We ate at the same kids house we went to earlier for the day date. His parents made us roast, potatoes, and then going along with it we had croissants and salad. It was delicious. The best was the dessert. It was homemade cheesecake with syrup dressed on it and a chocolate kiss that was on the cheesecake.
Then, we drove up to prom. I was more excited about prom because it was held at the State Capitol. It was so cool being up there. I had an awesome time dancing. I am so glad that is was enjoyable because some dances I have been to, weren't that fun but prom was so I was really happy about that. Then he drove we home, and yeah I had a good time. I need to show photos of prom so I will update them soon, hopefully.
