You'll Never Walk Alone

Image
There's been many times in my life where I have felt empty and lost. There's a reason by why I titled this post about not walking alone. You'll Never Walk Alone is a beautiful song. Here are the lyrics which love:    When you walk through a storm Hold your head up high And don't be afraid of the dark At the end of the storm There's a golden sky And the sweet, silver song of a lark Walk on, through the wind, Walk on, through the rain Though your dreams be tossed and blown Walk on, walk on with hope in your heart, And you'll never walk alone, You'll never walk alone Walk on, walk on with hope in your heart, And you'll never walk alone, You'll never walk alone. With Christ we are never alone. He can empathize with us when we go through hard things because he suffered for us. In a world with billions of people, you would think we would never feel alone because of our family and friends we have supporting us with their love. There&#

Going Skydiving

On April 19, 2014 I had the chance to go skydiving with my family. It was such an amazing experience and I will definitely do it again. Someone was nice enough to pay for my sister and I to go. I am so blessed to have some amazing people in my life. She sure do care and I am so grateful for their examples. We went to Urda just past Tooele to do it. It was very funny because before we went to get all suited up to go we watched this 15 minute video on what to do when you were going to jump out of the airplane. The guy had the longest beard I had ever seen. I was wondering if it was actually fake lol. He gave us different symbols such as chicken wing and banana. It was very interesting for sure. Then we all got suited up and each of us had a photographer as and a video man who filmed us and took pictures. I am so glad we signed up for that because those memories are going to last forever. Bri and I had also never been in an airplane before so that was pretty fun on top of being able to

Bryce

I am sorry it has been a while more than a year since my last post. I have been kept busy and have been too busy to post anything. This year has been a difficult one for our family but it has brought us together and brought with me a new perspective on things. About a month ago my Brother Bryce passed away unexpectedly. We were all totally in shock when this happened. We had no idea what was going on with him. It was such a loss for him to go. However I am grateful to have been with him for so many years and to experiences great memories with him. My most recent one was going coning with him. If you don't know what coning is briefly its going to a fast food restaurant buying an ice cream cone instead of taking it by the cone you take it by the cream part. It was so much fun doing that with him. The great thing was I got it on video too. I will never forget that. We also went on a few vacations this summer from Snowbird to Camping. I loved the vacation up to Snowbird. We went hik

Tim McGraw Concert!

Image
On Saturday my Mom, Anne, and I had the chance to go see Tim McGraw in concert at the USANA Ampitheatre. This time we payed a little bit more to be in the seats. Let me just say that it was well worth the extra money. The concert was amazing. Tim McGraw knows how to give great concerts. The two bands the performed him for good as well. The Band Perry started it off and did a great job. They were followed by a guy name Luke Bryan who wasn't too bad. Then we were finally able to see Tim McGraw after a good amount of time of waiting. Here are some pictures of the concert:

College/Birthday

This past week I started school which was very interesting for a few reasons. I started on Thursday for my math class. The thing is I signed up for a 7am class, which would mean that in order to catch the bus I would have to get up at 5am, since the bus comes at 6. I have to admit though it hasn't been too bad as long I am in bed by 10, it works fine. On Thursday, I went to math not knowing at all that the teacher wouldn't show up. Today, when I went to math the teacher told us how sorry she was for not coming. Her excuse, which I found funny myself, was that she slept through three of her alarms plus she missed a call from her sister. She's a pretty deep sleeper I have to say. Anyways, this class went a lot better. Later on, I went to Lehi Junior High School for my history class with Scott Birell. Mr. Birell taught and is still currently teaching at Lone Peak High School where I went. Everyone that I have heard really liked him so I thought I would try him out mysel

July!!!

It has been a very long time since I posted I decided I would update it with things going on in my life. A couple of weeks ago my family and I were able to do the Salt Lake Connect Pass. It gets you into 14 different attractions to an amazingly low price. There are different options varying from one day passes all the way to yearly passes. Out of everything we did the favorites of mine were the Zoo, the Lionhouse, and the Clark Planetarium. First off, who doesn't like the zoo! All right, there are probably a few who hate walking around in the 90 degree weather looking at animals. But I absolutely love it. I look forward going to the zoo at least once a year. I'll admit my favorite animal is one that people would think weird but I love crocodiles nonetheless. The only disappointing thing about seeing the crocodiles are that they are always sleeping. The rest of the zoo was a lot of fun. Of course I liked the Lionhouse for the food. What else do you go there for? The Cla

Going Shooting!

Image
For the first time ever, I went shooting. Let me just say that it's not as easy as it looks but it was a lot of fun, especially knocking over soda cans. We went up by Utah Lake and they have a lot of good spots to go shooting up there, so that is what we did. We shot for a couple of hours or so and then stopped by Arctic Circle for an ice cream cone. ( Side note: Just to let you know don't ever go to McDonald's for ice cream. There ice cream is good but they rip you off with how little they give you for a $1. Arctic Circle gives you double the amount that McDonald's give you for only .64 cents. That is a way better deal). Then we headed back home.
