BYU game and Valentine's Day

So I really have been a slacker on this blog. It's been a while since I have written so I guess I will update now.

So on Saturday I was able to go to the BYU vs. Air Force game with a friend from the singles ward. It was really fun especially going with someone who is big time sports fan just like me. The best thing was it was a blow out. Air Force competed maybe for the first three minutes of the game and then it was all BYU from there. BYU made an amazing 10 three pointers in the first half and JT went five for five on three pointers in the first half. It was pretty much an awesome game!

Then on Sunday was Valentine's Day. It was kind of unusual for me cause I am used to Valentine's Day being on a week day. Nonetheless, it was a great Valentine's Day. Some of the family came over to celebrate my brother getting home from the military.

It was a fun day for the most part. We started off by visiting until dinner was ready. The dinner consisted of lasagna, salad, and homemade bread sticks courtesy of my brother Chris, (which were so good). It followed off with dessert which was chocolate cake and valentine's day cookies.

The little guy that everybody was interested in was Caleb, my nephew. Seriously he the cutest thing ever. In fact, I went to the BYU b-ball game with a friend in my ward and she saw a picture of Caleb on my phone and thought he was the most adorable baby ever. You can't help but to smile when Caleb is around. He just makes everyone in the room happy.

After everyone left, our immediate family relaxed by playing a game of Scum. Let me just tell you that game is so FUN! The first time I heard about Scum I was wondering what it was and then I finally played it and I got hooked onto it. Anyways, it was a lot of fun especially since we had more people that played. The more people that play the more fun it is.

Anyways that wraps up my weekend, it was a pretty fun weekend for the most part.
